Electric Pumps
Electric Pumps

It consists of an independent pumping unit that directs the lubricant (oil or grease) to a predetermined amount of lubricant (volumetric dosers (injectors) through the main line. These volumetric dosing units operate in two stages: in the first stage, they allow the distribution of the lubricant together with the pressurization of the system (40-300 bar). Dose loading (decompression) occurs in the second stage when the system is not under pressure. Each injector can be adjusted to deliver predetermined quantities of lubricant.

Power Supply : 24 V DC - 230/400 V AC - 50 Hz - 275/480 V AC - 60 Hz - pneumatic

Lubrication Session Management : Each cycle

Control : Different control options for each critical user

Installation Type : Fixed and mobile machines

Maximum Pressure : 300 Bar

They are identified by this name because the lubricant distribution takes place over two separate lines fed alternately by the pumping unit. In contrast, the two lines feed volumetric dispensers connected to them, which can be specifically adjusted to dispense predefined quantities of lubricant.

Power Supply : 230/400 V AC - 50 Hz - 275/480 V AC - 60 Hz - pneumatic

Lubrication Session Management : Each cycle

Control : Different control options for each critical user

Installation Type : On stationary machines

Maximum Pressure : 400 Bar

It consists of a central pumping station allowing the lubrication of a large number of lubrication points (up to 16) with predetermined amounts of oil or grease. The pumping unit consists of a radially located electric pump with several pumping elements that push the lubricant back to several deliveries connected to the pipes by the movement of a cam.

Power Supply : 230/400 V AC - 50 Hz - 275/480 V AC - 60 Hz - pneumatic

Lubrication Session Management : Time Controlled

Control : Different control options for each critical user

Installation Type : On stationary machines

Maximum Pressure : 400 Bar

It consists of an independent pumping unit that supplies volumetric distributors with several outlets. The dispensing of the lubricant in a predetermined amount takes place via a progressive sequence, not at the same time as in previous systems.

Power Supply : 12/24 V DC - 230/400 V AC - 50 Hz - 275/480 V AC - 60 Hz - pneumatic

Lubrication Session Management : Time Controlled

Control : Different control options for each critical user

Installation Type : Fixed and mobile machines
