SKF Group continues its works with its fast speed in order to serve the industry with five technology platforms and to become the “Power of Information Engineering” which has now become a slogan for SKF. The historical adventure of SKF, which starts with bearings, continues with other products that serve in many applications with motion and rotating equipment. If we are mentioning about SKF platforms,

Lubrication systems are the platform where the SKF Group, which continues its way to become a solution partner and service partner for its customers, has started to serve in the recent past.

SKF Group took its place in this market by incorporating German Willy Vogel in 2004, Finnish manufacturer Safematic in 2006 and American Linkoln in 2010. Beginning in the second half of 2009, the brand use of both manufacturers has been eliminated and work has started for Linkoln. As a single brand SKF, all products are started to be produced.

As SKF, we can produce special solutions for many industry groups on this platform. In our production facilities in Germany, France and Finland, R&D and special product studies are carried out for different applications. We believe in the necessity of staying up to date and being the focus of technology. We define this understanding with the concept of "Center of Excellence", that is, "Center of Excellence". In this facility, specialists are active with this understanding.

Our priority is to offer quality and reliability to our customers in the lubrication systems platform as in all matters and everything we do. It is also worth remembering that another important issue is availability, SKF continues its operations in more than 130 countries around the world, which is especially important for our export-based manufacturers. Product quality, reliability and availability worldwide are perhaps the most distinctive features of SKF products.

Less downtime and production loss. Research shows that nearly 50 percent of bearing failures are caused by incorrect or insufficient lubrication. If the size of this ratio is taken into consideration, it will be understood how vital the lubrication process is.

Significantly lower maintenance and spare parts costs.

Up to 70% reduction in lubricant consumption by giving enough lubricant at the right time.

Centralized Lubrication Systems are divided into two main groups as “Lossy Systems” and “Liquid Oil Circulation Systems”. Minimum Quantity Lubrication Systems (MQL) are widely used in modern machine tools. All systems are reliable, flexible and easily extensible.

We provide Cement Industry, Construction Machinery, Iron and Steel Industry, Concrete Plants, Paper Industry, Asphalt Plants, Energy Industry, Automotive Industry, Mining Industry, Steel Rope Lubrication, all kinds of projects, installation, maintenance-repair and giving services for lubrication.
