Monoblock separation valves MDV-M and MDV-L are made of white zinc steel: holes and pistons are hardened and ground steel to guarantee a leak-proof operation. Driven pump pistons distribute a certain amount of lubricant per cycle. Due to the movement of the piston, the lubricant flows to the next delivery step, so the lubrication movement continues. Each divider valve is placed in series to the others, so only one faulty operation causes the others to be blocked. The amount of lubricant dispensed is determined by the set screws of each piston. Lubricating oils up to 40cSt viscosity and oils with NLGI 2 viscosity can be used.
