Dual Line Systems have two main lines. While the pump is in operation, one of the lines is pressurized and one side of the dispensers perform the lubrication process. In these controlled systems, when there is a lubricant outlet from all the outlets on one side of all dispensers, the pump starts to pressurize the other line and continues until the lubricant comes out from the outlets on the other side of the dispenser. The amount at the distributor outputs is adjustable.
Double line systems; It is designed for oil and 000-3 greases.
The systems are designed for medium and large-scale machines that operate under difficult conditions, with long lines and very lubrication points. It is suitable for applications in heavy industry, metal processing, paper, mining, cement, iron and steel factories and more.
Double track systems designed with plumbing elements in large diameters offer the opportunity to lubricate up to more than 1000 lubrication points in 100 m length. Double line system pumps have a pressure capacity of 400 bar.
