Air and Oil Mixing Systems

Oil + Air Systems are used in high speed bearings, chains and special applications in the iron and steel industry.

The oil pump is sent to a small amount of oil mixing valve from the cascade distributor or single-line piston distributor. Air to the mixing valve is set to a minimum. The oil begins to flow continuously and minimally to the chain or roller bearing. In this way, the necessary internal pressure is created in order to prevent the contaminated air or dust from entering.

Since there is no oil cloud in these systems, it is environmentally friendly and clean.
