The lubricant coming out of the pump is delivered to the lubrication points with the help of progressive dispensers. Progressive Systems are defined as “Stepped Systems”. This is because transitions are also used between the distributors to provide lubricants to the lubrication points in line with their needs. In short, the line coming out of a progressive distributor can either be connected directly to the lubrication point or to another progressive distributor.
It is used as an alternative to Single Line Systems in places where grease is lubricated.
Stepped systems; Designed for oil, semi-fluid greases and 000-2 number greases.
The systems are designed for small and medium sized equipment. It is frequently used in printing houses, construction equipment, concrete plants, asphalt plants, crushers, agricultural machinery, industrial presses and wind turbines.
Up to 150 lubrication points can be designed. There are distributors that can be designed from 2 outlets to 20 outlets, either block, segmented or modular, and can supply oil between 0.01 cc and 6000 cc / min. It provides reliable lubrication with working pressure up to 300 bar.
